Shipping policy

All UK orders will be tracked to their destination & a tracking code will be provided to the customer via email. Tracking emails will be sent either on the same day as the order is placed, or the next working day (please check your spam folder if the tracking email is not in your inbox).

FREE UK standard delivery over £60 (£3.95 for orders under £60).

Please note: There are no free returns for purchases made in our special promotion events which include Spring & Winter flash sales. 

 

UK Delivery Costs

  • FREE UK standard delivery over £60 (£3.95 for orders under £60): Allow between 3 - 5 working days.
  • UK Next Day Delivery £6.95: For orders placed before 1 pm on working days. You won’t get your express/dedicated day delivery cost refunded when you return an unwanted good that arrived on time, as this part of the service was performed by the retailer
  • Please note: any next day deliveries ordered past 1pm* will be dispatched the following business day

Please note: any next day deliveries ordered on Friday past 1pm* or over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday

Please note: any orders purchased on public/ bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

 

Overseas Delivery Costs

Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) is available for the following countries via Royal Mail. £20 delivery cost.

  • Norway

All other destinations: £20. Please allow between 10-15 working days for delivery. These are minimum charges which are weight dependent. On some occasions, the postage will be reviewed. We will contact you if this applies to your order. Orders under £100 cannot be tracked.
