Shipping policy

All UK orders will be tracked to their destination & a tracking code will be provided to the customer via email. Tracking emails will be sent either on the same day as the order is placed, or the next working day (please check your spam folder if the tracking email is not in your inbox).

Please note: All items sold during Flash Sales and on the HotSquash Outlet under £35 are final, and are in line with "All Sales Final" policy. These items are not eligible for return or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

UK Delivery Costs

Applies to all UK destinations, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

  • Standard UK Delivery £5.20: Allow between 3 - 5 working days.
  • Free Delivery: Available for orders above £85.
